*MY KAMBO PRACTICE HAS COME TO A CLOSE*
Over the past several years, I’ve had the honor of guiding people through Kambo with care, responsibility, and intention. My first experience with this medicine came during a very difficult period in my life, offering guidance across a threshold when I needed it most. Since then, serving as a practitioner has been deeply meaningful, and I’m grateful for what this work has taught about transformation, presence, and the human heart.
I’m now releasing this chapter as I step fully into a new direction that aligns more precisely with my evolving path. This knowing has been quietly unfolding for some time, and as we enter 2026, it feels complete. I am no longer offering Kambo sessions or consultations.
This space now stands as a reflection of how I aimed to hold this work in a good way. I hope it offers an invitation to other practitioners to remember integrity and right relationship when carrying the complexity of this medicine.
This chapter is complete. I hold deep gratitude for Kambo and for every person who trusted me with their vulnerability. Thank you for being part of this journey, and for honoring this chapter as fully closed.
Warmly, Shanna
Those Who Walk the Threshold
If you hold space for others, work with subtle awareness, walk along-side plant medicine traditions, are breaking cycles, or you just simply feel deeply – this container is for you.
Frogs are threshold creatures, archetypes of transition, release, and renewal. They exist in water and on land, bridging environments and teaching us how to orient ourselves in moments of change. If that speaks to you, maybe you’re someone who walks in-between too.
Personal sovereignty is central to how I approach this work, with many people arrive feeling disconnected from their sense of agency, clarity, or direction. If you are in a season of change, this work offers a structured opportunity for reflection on where you’d like to go next.
Thank you for being here, journeyer! I honor your curiosity to engage with this work.
The Container
I have personally experienced the impact of this modality, which informs my respect of its power. My approach has in large part been shaped by learning first-hand about Indigenous relationships to Kambo, though these experiences do not confer lineage.
My practice is an offering guided by ongoing study, safety training, and thoughtful reflection. My approach also draws from modern harm-reduction frameworks and trauma-informed facilitation. Additionally, my background includes training in herbalism and exposure to a variety of cultural contexts that inform how I hold space. Kambo is considered sacred, and my role is to accompany you as a facilitator and guide with care.
While I may share knowledge, working with Kambo is very personal to each person rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. The intention is to support you in noticing your own responses, exploring your experience, and building confidence in listening to your own guidance.
This work is complex and evolving. Sometimes experiences may feel clear and other times uncertain. Both are valid and powerful. The container I offer aims to provide a supportive space for you to navigate the process. Welcome!
